About me
I am not much of a writer, but I do spend a lot of time traveling. So why not photo blog my adventures right?! This blog will about the world around me….. which includes my obsessions, my thoughts, my hobbies, my likes, my dislikes, my travels, my family, my friends, my adventures, my journey…my life. Anyway so let’s see how this is all going to work.
Let’s clarify a couple of things:
Meaning of BraveLittleToaster: It’s an association between me and my traveling car, a Scion xB (which looks like a standard toaster).
Where am I from: That is kind of hard to answer considering I’ve lived in so many places.
I guess I should let you know what you may be getting yourself into. People call me…Lil G, ToasterP!, Mini G, TokyoToasterPilot, BraveLilToaster, Analog Puppet, Travel Size…..ahhh just pick one. Anyway, I am biracial female (Half Japanese & Half African American) and Bilingual 私は日本語を話す！！＾＿＾ .
I am a traveler, I have been traveling most of my life. I have lived in few countries including Japan, United Kingdom, as well Saudi Arabia and the United States. I have also traveled to other countries with in Europe.
I have huge love for music for especially New Orleans Jazz, Classical, Electronic Music like Drum and Bass, and Trance. I am also a Vocaloid user and enthusiast. Here is my fangirl moment…are you ready? I have the biggest crush LONDON ELEKTRICITY (Tony Colman)!!!!! *swoon* The man is brilliant and HOT! I also have a girlie crush on Elsa Esmeralda >_< <3 I also am fan of the Pet shop Boys (Neil Tennant).
Also like Nu:Tone, Danny Byrd, High Contrast, Netsky, S.P.Y., Noisia, Phace….okay okay there are too many.
I have many hobbies besides travel, I am a cosplayer and I do attend anime and sci-fi conventions. I also make props for cosplay and dance performances. I dance and participate with the Color Guard Flag team for Soka Gakkai International in New Orleans. I did do occasional voice overs when I was younger, for commercials and radio shows. I am also into manual photography, I love the satisfaction you get with working with a manual cameras and manually developing film. I haven’t quiet worked with digital yet but very willing to learn. I also have a huge interest in Aviation and airplanes in general. I have a quite a bit of knowledge about them…thanks to my Dad (R.I.P). I am also a collector of diecast airplanes & anime figures, I do have obession with Rubiks cubes, and Vinyl (Records). Oh and I love Animals, I love going to the Zoos, Safaris, and the aquariums. Fave animals are Pandas, Penguins, Stingrays and Manta Rays.
So I think that is everything… the rest will be blogged….okies here we go!
